The money and garbage have one thing in common.Both  strongly attract their own species.The seed capital is needed to accumulate money.Likewise, a small heap of garbage, if left unattended, will swell like a giant in no time.

Because garbage is not liked, it has got to be removed immediately before it  starts acting as seed.

The money, being a form of social power is cherished by every body and therefore must be allowed to swell its heap by legitimate services, exchange of goods and wiser  conservation practices.
